Tothova Lab - Genetics and Epigenetics of Blood Cancers
Picture
Ben Braun

Ben is a computational research associate in the Tothova lab originally from Germany. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Computer Science and minors in Biology and Genetics. At Clemson, Ben worked with Dr. Pingshan Wang on applied machine learning and signal processing for microfluidic sensor systems. He is thrilled to be joining the Tothova lab to develop genomic pipelines and further our understanding of epigenetics of cohesin-mutant MDS/AML. When he isn't working, Ben enjoys mountain biking, coding, and good books, preferably with good coffee.
