Charlotte Cools

Charlotte is a visiting medical student from KU Leuven in Belgium, who is currently spending her research year in the lab as a BAEF (Belgian American Educational Foundation) Fellow. Her passion for research began in high school, and she had completed several summer internships in different hematology labs across Belgium, which had fueled her interest in medical research. Outside of the lab, she enjoys staying active through running and fitness. Music is also a big part of her life, and she loves playing the guitar and singing in her free time.
